Notes:

Children up to the age of 2 without a request for bed should not be included in your reservation, their accommodation is free of charge!
Children from 2 to 15 years are eligible for 50% discount of the price for adults.

Should you have any special requirements such as separated beds, non-smoking room, parking etc., list them in the Comments in the 3rd step.

Payment Methods:

• Payment at arrival = reservation is not guaranteed, the guest must arrive by 18:00 on the arrival date otherwise the hotel will consider their reservation cancelled.
• Guarantee by a credit card is a fully guaranteed reservation. In 4th step you will be asked to complete your credit card information.

We accept VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and Maestro credit cards (provided that your issuing bank enlisted them in 3D-Secure system). We use 3D-Secure system – the most up-to-date application of credit card MasterCard a VISA Associations allowing for secure credit card payments on the Internet. Information about your credit are submitted directly to the bank so that none of our employees can access them. Data transmission is carried out via a secure HTTPS protocol, which codes information and is signed by an electronic key preventing falsification of the bank request.

In case you would find our hotel offered at a lower price (within 24 hours after making your reservation with us), let us know and we will lower the price of your accommodation to this level.
